Thank you for taking the time to find out about leaving a bequest to Disability Services Australia. By leaving a gift in your will to Disability Services Australia together we can ensure that future generations of people with a disability can live life to the fullest.

A bequest can be in the form of a gift of cash, a percentage of your estate, property or shares or the residue of your estate.

If you would like to leave an everlasting gift to Disability Services Australia in your will you may wish to use the following words:

" I give and bequeath to Disability Services Australia Limited for the use and purposes of the said company, the sum of …. dollars, free of all death and estate duties and the receipt of the said company shall be a sufficient discharge to my Executors."

OR

"I give and bequeath to Disability Services Australia Limited for the use and purposes of the said company, the residue of my estate, free of all death and estate duties and the receipt of the said company shall be a sufficient discharge to my Executors"

OR

"I give and bequeath to Disability Services Australia Limited for the use and purposes of the said company, …..% of my estate, free of all death and estate duties and the receipt of the said company shall be a sufficient discharge to my Executors"

Disability Services Australia as a corporate body can also receive bequests of real and personal property as well as money.
