Customer Service Charter

At DSA we work hard every day to uphold our Customer Service Charter. This is a promise made without compromise, to each and every one of our customers. We take our Customer Service Charter, and the safety of those we support very seriously. DSA has Zero Tolerance in relation to abuse of our customers and a steadfast commitment to fulfil our reporting requirements.

We work closely with the NSW Ombudsman's office to ensure that people with a disability are safe and that the Disability Reportable Incidents Scheme has the capacity to provide a safe and supportive environment for all.
