Customer Connections

Our Customer Connections team is the first point of contact for people connecting with DSA. The call centre team responds to up to 900 calls per month, assisting with general and NDIS specific information and referrals. They also receive, respond to and redirect thousands of enquiries each year received via our websites, social media channels and emails.

They also represent DSA at network meetings, schools, expos and community events; engaging with the wider community to inform people about DSA’s programs and services.
