Veronica has been a DSA Customer since 2014. She is passionate about helicopters and spends her spare time sitting on the grass at the John Hunter Hospital watching the helicopters coming and going from the helipad. Veronica has also visited the Belmont airport base assisted by DSA.

It was during a recent goal review meeting, Veronica identified her goal of becoming a pilot for the Westpac Rescue Helicopter service. The DSA team sprung into action and contacted the WHRS in Newcastle and together have organised a unique experience for Veronica.

The visit to the Westpac Helicopter Rescue maintenance facility at Broadmeadow will include meeting the engineers and having an up close tour of the helicopters. Veronica is elated.

This a particularly special situation as it brings DSA together with one of the most important services in our community – The Westpac Helicopter Rescue Service.
