Customer Connections

Our Customer Connections team is the first point of contact for people connecting with DSA as the intake and referral service answers calls and enquiries. Team leaders represent DSA through network meetings, school visits, expos and community events, engaging with the wider community to inform people about our programs and services.

The team responds to an average of 600 calls per month, assisting with general and NDIS specific information, community support services, post-school options, training, employment, home care and complex support.
