Whether you have a disability, injury or health condition, you may be able to receive FREE assistance to prepare for, find and keep employment. The Disability Employment Service program is funded by the Australian Government for eligible jobseekers. As a provider of this program, we will help you check your eligibility (for this and other programs), find the best job to suit your needs and career goals, and work with you and your employer to keep you employed. Working for DSA – Supported Employment
Our Australian Disability Enterprise provides meaningful direct employment for people with a disability. We operate from four sites in the Greater Sydney area, providing a broad range of packaging and assembly for local, national and international businesses. Supported employment provides a meaningful job and a wage, but also offers people with a disability the opportunity to learn new skills, meet new people and make new friends.
Who it’s for: Anyone with a disability eligible for NDIS employment supports
NDIS Finding and Keeping a Job
NDIS helps you find and keep a job by assisting eligible jobseekers with supports to transition to work, where the person with disability needs beyond what is reasonable for an employer to provide, like training relating to travel to and from work, workplace communication and foundation employment skills. This program can also provide Individual employment support for people who are unable or unlikely to meet Disability Support Services (DES) eligibility.
